NOTE TO ALL: Apparently someone has been illegally using a campfire on one of the beaches mentioned on this website. Everyone is reminded that open fires are illegal and that offenders will be cited if caught. This is exactly the same kind of situation that initiated the horrible Angora Fire near South Tahoe a couple of years ago. Regular users of these beaches are aware of the recent violations and will be working with law enforcement to have the people identified and prosecuted. NO OPEN FIRES!
